Refund policy
We are confident you will love your hand-crafted item made in Greece. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 7 business days from the date you received the order, provided the merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, with all branded swing tags still attached, and in the exact condition it was shipped to you. Note, for international order returns please allow a further 14 days.
To notify us that you wish to return an item, please email the order number relating to your purchase from GREEK STYLE COUNCIL - to contact@greekstylecouncil.com. Email us in the subject line: Return + brand + your order number.
Once we have received your email return request we will respond to you via email, allow us 1-2 days to respond.
All returns must be shipped to GREEK STYLE COUNCIL within 7 business days of the date of receiving our email authorizing the return. We will not accept a return which exceeds (and inclusive of the) 7 business days.
We will process returns as soon as possible, but please allow up to a further 7 business days for your return/refund to be processed.
The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to reimburse you for the return shipment and to redeliver the order at our expense. GREEK STYLE COUNCIL will need a copy of the return postage receipt in order to reimburse you.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns for swimwear and earrings.
If upon receipt we deem that the returned merchandise is not in its original condition, and has been damaged, has missing parts, is worn, washed, has make-up stains, has been mishandled or missing the tags, the item will not be refunded and will be sent back to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged on the final return delivery costs.
Customers are responsible for organizing the shipment of returns, including the cost to send the returned item back to us. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
We recommend posting your return through registered post to ensure item is not lost upon return to us.
Returns do not apply to items purchased on sale or discount code.
Any such returns shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of GREEK STYLE COUNCIL subject to meeting the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse refund services to anyone who makes excessive returns.
EXCHANGE
Are subject to item availability. If you are in Australia, we will cover the cost of sending the new item to you but the shipping the goods back to us will be paid by you.
Please check the size charts carefully for shoes and swimwear to ensure it is the closest fit, to ensure you don’t have an unsatisfactory size or fit.
No exchange on swimwear and earrings.
If for any reason an item you would like is not in stock, a refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your final order.
